Elder Independence Appeal

Elder Services provides a wide variety of services to Berkshire seniors, including Meals on Wheels and Congregate Meals, Information & Referral, Case Management, Homemaker, Personal Care, Grocery Shopping, Companionship, Laundry Service, Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS), Money Management, Supportive Housing, Health Insurance Counseling (SHINE), Caregiver Services (including respite care, support groups and one-on-one support), Protective Services, Enhanced Elder Intervention, Nursing Home Screening, Long Term Care Ombudsman program, Adult Family Care, and a Senior Training and Employment Program.

The annual Elder Independence Appeal provides much-needed funding for any Elder Services’ programs that are under-funded that year. Your gift will be directed to the programs and services that most need help.
