Update on shine counseling sites
In the February issue of Berkshire Senior we published a list of sites where SHINE (Serving Health Information Needs of Elders) counselors were available by appointment. Unfortunately, we neglected to include the newest information on site locations. The following indicates cities and towns where interested individuals may call to schedule appointments with a SHINE Counselor:

SHINE Counselors are trained to provide unbiased information about Medicare, supplemental insurance, prescription drug coverage, public benefits, claims and appeals. If you don’t live in one of the above towns, or if you cannot get to a site, call Elder Services at 1-800-957-3557.
