New Staff at Elder Services

Geri Ravlich, R.N. has been hired as a Client Services Registered Nurse, providing comprehensive nursing assessments, consultation, health teaching, and implementation/monitoring of personal care services for all clients.

Ravlich received her Associates in Nursing Degree from Berkshire Community College, worked at Berkshire Medical Center as a medical, surgical and rehabilitation nurse, and most recently was employed by Family Practice Associates.

Cynthia Gibeau is now the Regional SHINE (Serving Health Information Needs of Elders) Coordinator, responsible for oversight of the SHINE Program, serving as a resource for Berkshire County elders needing health insurance information. She recruits, trains and supports a team of volunteer counselors who provide unbiased information about the Prescription Advantage program, Medicare options, and "medigap" policies at various locations throughout the county.

Gibeau is currently enrolled in a Human Services bachelor’s degree program at the University of Massachusetts, and was previously employed for eight years at Berkshire Works as Senior Financial Administrator.
