TTY users invited to call Elder Services
Individuals who are TTY users calling Elder Services with questions are reminded that Elder Services can handle your calls; two telephone communication devices are in the agency’s Information and Referral Department.
When you call Elder Services, give operators a moment to recognize that the call is a TTY and they will immediately transfer the call to the I&R Department. The process of transferring the call takes a few minutes. For information, call 1-800-544-5242 or 499-0524.
