Cynthia Costello Joins Elder Services Staff
Cynthia Costello has joined Elder Services staff as a Case Manager. She will assess the needs of elders who need help at home, and decide with them what services they need, which may include personal care, housekeeping, or Meals on Wheels. Ms. Costello will contact appropriate provider agencies to secure the services necessary to help elders remain in their own homes, and keep in touch with the elders to be sure all is going well.
A Pittsfield resident, Ms. Costello has her bachelors from Ball State University in Muncie Indiana, where she completed an internship at the Muncie Area Agency on Aging, and previously worked as Director of Admissions for the Community Hospital in Dobb’s Ferry, New York.
