Community partnership volunteer MOW drivers give from the heart

Employees from a number of Berkshire County businesses deliver Meals on Wheels (MOW) for Elder Services on selected routes. The corporate volunteers are from the North Adams Transcript, Pittsfield Generating, Berkshire Life, and GE Plastics. There are also individual volunteers in Sheffield who have been delivering MOW since 1996. All the drivers have said the experience is a great way to learn about the community. When the volunteers see the smiles on the elders' faces, they know they've received more than they've given.
