How to select appropriate care services
Elder Services continues hosting monthly stand-alone two-hour educational
training sessions for family caregivers and others seeking information about
Alzheimer’s disease. The sessions are held at Elder Services of Berkshire
County, 66 Wendell Avenue, Pittsfield by trainers from the MA Chapter of
the Alzheimer’s Association from 3 to 5 p.m. on the following Thursdays:
August 16, Taking care of yourself
Warning signs of caregiver stress
Respite
Coping strategies
