We are currently looking for:
Registered Nurse Case Manager: Energetic, focused, caring, well-organized R.N. to work with individuals across many aspects of the care continuum. Responsibilities include conducting in-home assessment of service needs for frail individuals, collaborating with area nursing facilities to plan the safe return of individuals to the community, and determining clinical eligibility for MassHealth-funded services. Excellent written, communication, and computer skills required. Geriatric and/or community-based nursing experience preferred. No evenings, weekends, holidays or on-call.

SENIOR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES: Are you over the age of 55? If so, check out Elder Services’ Senior Community Service Employment Program, which assists seniors in job training, matching and placement.
For those who are eligible, there are several part-time training positions available among participating community agencies: Adult Day Health Programs, Councils on Aging, Government Offices and Agencies, Cities and Towns, School, Social Service Agencies, Head Start, Libraries and Hospitals.
This training program is free for all income eligible Massachusetts residents 55 years of age or older, and offers a salary and benefits. If you have a spare bedroom, please consider this important opportunity. Of particular need is for a gentleman in the North Adams’ area. You will receive a tax-free stipend, up to $49.00 per day, along with support and monitoring by a Social Worker and RN.
