Supportive Housing at Providence Court

A collaboration between Elder Services of Berkshire County and the Pittsfield Housing Authority to provide residents with on-site services that promotes independence and the opportunity to age in place. The following amenities are available to the residents of Providence Court:

Crossway Village & Crossway Tower

A collaboration between Elder Services of Berkshire County, Berkshire Housing Authority and the Town of Lee to provide residents with on-site services that promotes independence and the opportunity to age in place. The following amenities are available to the residents of Crossway Village and Crossway Tower:

Applicants must be at least 62 years of age in accordance with the requirements set forth for HUD 202/PRAC projects and must fall within the income eligibility requirements.  An application for both Crossway Village and Crossway Tower can be obtained by contacting Berkshire Housing at (413) 499-1630 or visit https://berkshirehousing.com/elderly-housing/
